Why?

The C.H.I.L.L. Community Zone Initiative addresses the rising crime rates in Milwaukee, WI, a problem plaguing communities worldwide. With 145 homicides in Milwaukee during 2015, along with nearly 10,000 violent assaults, there is an increased need for strategic solutions to prevent and reduce crime.
We are currently fundraising to help purchase equipment, cover installation and monitoring cost. Our goal is to implement our CH.I.L.L. Community Safe Zone Initiative across the country, to better protect children, residents and bring criminals to justice. We would greatly appreciate gaining your support with a tax-deductible donation today of any amount, so this initiative can continue making our community and others a safer place to live and raise a family in.

We are proud to have currently gained support from a litany of media outlets, business owners, celebrities, National recording artists, political figures, law enforcement professionals and other top leaders.

Thank You In Advance For Your Donation!
We are excited to announce our new C.H.I.L.L. Community Safe Zone Initiative, a revolutionary new community surveillance program. Through this pilot program, beginning in Milwaukee, WI and expanding nationally, we are taking a hands-on community approach in both local neighborhoods and business districts by implementing these surveillance supported C.H.I.L.L. Community "Safe Zones".

The C.H.I.L.L. Community Safe Zone Initiative is supported by RING, and our foundation will provide residents in high crime areas with free surveillance doorbells and other devices that include free installation, monthly monitoring services for Seniors, Veterans, private residents, churches, schools and community business owners. This program began in Milwaukee Police District #7 in 2015. This northwest side area covers 13.3 miles and at the time had 2,013 violent assaults and 37 homicides, averaging 151.3 violent assaults per square mile. With a dense population of 102,336, this area houses nearly 20% of Milwaukee's total population.

Corporations, residential and business districts nationwide are welcome to get involved in becoming C.H.I.L.L. Community Safe Zone locations.  Existing surveillance can be utilized and signage will be displayed to designate these businesses as safe locations someone can stop for help when they are in danger or need emergency assistance.

Using a combination of community support and accountability, along with both existing and newly installed top of the line surveillance cameras, these community blocks and business locations will be designated as areas where crime is not tolerated. C.H.I.L.L. Community Safe Zone locations will also be safe havens, as they will be designated as a place where anyone who feels in danger can go and seek assistance. Combining community cooperation and 24 hour video monitoring, our objective is to reduce crime rates starting first in statistically high crime areas and expanding block by block.
