The CHILL Program Inc. is a nonprofit 501c3 corporation.  Our mission is to host various liberal arts, music, band, and multi-media programs, to give youth a creative outlet in their city.  We will hold various events to raise funds that will be used to implement different violence prevention and liberal arts initiatives throughout the community.
